+ How do I know this artwork is authentic?

Adelson Galleries has been in business since 1964, and built a reputation around an academic approach to collecting Fine Art. We have done our due diligence in researching the provenance and related records of each historical artwork that we have in our possession. Therefore, Adelson Galleries guarantees the authenticity of all artworks we sell.

+ How many offers can I submit to different artists?

Please only make offers on works that you are willing to immediately purchase at your offer price.

+ If my offer is accepted, how do I move forward the purchase?

If your offer is accepted, with the exception of special circumstances, you are required to go forward with the purchase. Your credit card will automatically be charged with the final cost including shipping.

We ask, out of respect for our artists, to please only make offers on artwork that you are ready and willing to purchase, should your offer be accepted.

+ If my offer is delined, what can I do next?

If you have a specific budget in mind and your Offer was declined, we can assist you in finding a similar artwork within your budget. We encourage you to take advantage of this helpful service.

+ How long will it take before I receive an answer to my offer?

A representative from Adelson Gallery will be in contact with you after an offer has been made and will give you updates on the status of your offer. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to respond.

If you have not heard a response in over 72 hours, please send an inquiry our contact page. Please be certain to include the name of the artist and the name of the artwork so that we may easily identify the offer in our system.

+ Is the artwork on hold while I wait for an answer to my offer?

While your offer is being reviewed, we will notify you in the event of another other. If you are the first to make the offer, you will have right of first refusal, and will be notified. You would also be notified if you were the second to make the offer, and will have the option to bid against the other interested party.

+ When will I provide my credit card Details?

When you choose the “Buy Now” option, you may enter your credit card information following the prompts, and will know the total amount including shipping and other fees before your credit card is processed. If you decide to “Make an Offer,” you will be prompted to enter credit card information before your offer is sent. Your card will not be charged unless the offer is accepted.

+ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary within the US for orders placed under the "Buy Now" option. Complimentary shipping is not guaranteed on all "Make an Offer" inquiries, as it is an incentive for customers to "Buy Now."

+ How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping will be calculated on a case by case basis, and will be done so through direct email messages with the customer. The cost of shipping will be determined by the size and weight of your order, and the total amount will be sent to you for approval before processing the order.

+ Is my shipment insured?

Yes. The artwork is insured by Adelson Galleries from our door to yours!

+ How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?

Typically 5-7 business days depending on the size of your artwork. The gallery prides itself on timely and efficient shipping and delivery. We order custom packaging for each artwork to ensure their safety during shipment. The crates or art shipping boxes can take 3-5 business days to arrive at the gallery. Unless there are delays outside of our control from a third-party shipper, the artwork will be Express shipped and will arrive within 1-3 days after packing. Shipments will require an adult signature upon arrival. Make sure someone is home to receive the artwork. The gallery will provide tracking information for your convenience. Please let the gallery know if there is a specific date that works best for you.
